CTYouth exists to lead students into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by creating a safe space where they are supported to thrive spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Through discipleship, worship, and outreach, we equip youth to love God passionately and love people purposefully.

CTYouth Core Values
A core value is a guiding principle or belief that shapes the culture, decisions, and direction of a group or organization. In the context of CTYouth, core values help define what the ministry stands for and how it seeks to live out its mission.
-
We want our lives to reflect Jesus—how we talk, act, and treat others—growing in faith through the Bible and the Holy Spirit.
-
We trust the Holy Spirit to help us make good choices, grow stronger in faith, and live with purpose.
-
We build a community where everyone feels safe, accepted, and free to be themselves.
-
We care about your whole life—spiritually, emotionally, and physically—and want to help you grow in all of it.
-
We surround you with leaders who listen, encourage, and walk with you as you grow in your faith.
-
We challenge each other to make a difference—at school, at home, and wherever God leads us.
-
We make space to connect with God through worship and prayer, not just at youth group, but in everyday life.
-
We have fun, make memories, and enjoy life together—all while keeping Jesus at the center.
